This Saturday (2nd June) we are holding an open day to launch our ‘Try before you buy’ deal at our Durham development, Aidan Gardens in Belmont.
On Saturday between 11am and 3pm house hunters can sign up to a one year rental agreement on a selected range of house types. At the end of the term, the money they have paid can be used as a deposit to enable them to buy the property.
The house types available for this deal are all three bedroomed semi-detached and include a Cuthbert (plot 11) two Stephenson (plots 12 and 13), a Bede (plot 14) and a Collingwood (plot 19). The 12 month rental costs are £9,600 to £9,800, with the full purchase prices, from which the rental would be subtracted at the end of the agreed term, starting at £209,950 and rising to £219,950.
Of course, these and other homes on the development are available for straightforward sale.
Sonali Craddock, Marketing Director with All Saints Living, said: “Aidan Gardens has already proved extremely popular with buyers and we have just a few homes remaining. However, we know how difficult it can be for people to save up a deposit to buy outright and so we are introducing this ‘try before you buy’ initiative. For many it could be the perfect stepping stone towards buying their dream home.”
To find out more about ‘Try before you buy’ and Help to Buy – which is available on all Aidan Gardens homes – visit on June 2nd or call Emma Browell at Ben Charles Estate Agency, 0191 383 0011, to arrange a visit. More information is also at www.allsaintsliving.com on the ‘projects’ tab.
