With just nine beautiful homes remaining on its Aidan Gardens development at Durham, award winning* house builder, All Saints Living, has launched a January / February sale.

House prices at the cosy development of just 26 homes, only a mile and a half from the Cathedral City Centre, now start from just £199,950 – down over £10,000.

House hunters can also find out about a pick and mix package** of further incentives, while anyone making a reservation over the weekend will receive a £100 gift voucher.

Homes still available include a two bedroomed apartment and four types of three storey, semi-detached, three and four bedroomed town houses.

The three bedroomed Cuthbert – of which three are available – boasts an integral garage, a large, open plan kitchen / dining area and a master bedroom featuring an en-suite and Juliet balcony.  Prices start at £199,950.

Then there are three slightly different styles of four bedroomed – or three plus study – houses, varying in price from £220,000 to £240,000.  Two are Stephenson house types – a contemporary home, with a large open plan kitchen diner, French doors leading to the garden and integral garage on the ground floor.  The master en-suite, lounge with Juliet balcony and fourth bedroom / study are on the first floor and two further double bedrooms and family bathroom are on the second.

There are also two Bede house types – similar in layout but this time with the master suite on the top floor and an additional WC.  And there is one Collingwood – which offers additional living space on the ground floor that could be used as a sun lounge or family room.  The main living room, on the second floor, opens to a balcony which provides sufficient space for outdoor dining.

Finally, for those eligible to purchase under a discounted market sale (DMS) scheme**, the Hatfield apartment is available for only £95,000. The full price is £125,000.

This delightful courtyard development is set within a mature residential area and offers style, value and convenience with the A1(M) and A690 very close at hand.

Help to Buy** is available on all houses, so people can buy with only a 5% deposit and benefit from a government loan of up to 20% of the value of the home.
